Ommu does not collect your phone number, NRIC, school name, or other personal identifiers. Instead, we use a coded version of your WhatsApp number to remember your chats anonymously.
When you chat with Ommu, we may store:
a) Key details you choose to share (e.g. your nickname, life stage, or emotional goals)
b) Your last message, Ommu’s last reply, and when you last reached out
c) General usage stats (like how often you message)
We don’t store full chat logs — just small memory markers to keep conversations connected and more meaningful.2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to:
a) Provide you with thoughtful, emotional support
b) Personalise your experience with Ommu
c) Improve Ommu’s overall service and message quality
We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties.3. Data Retention
To keep your support consistent, Ommu retains memory data until you choose to delete it. This means even if you take a break, Ommu can still remember you when you return.
